You only pay for the installation and then a flat-rate monthly subscription for the system.

Under normal circumstances, a retrofit will typically take between 2-3 weeks.
Step 1 - Initial Documents
- Action Golf Club: Review and sign the documents digitally.
Step 2 - Payment Agreement
- Action GolfMore: Send instructions to the golf club.
- Action Golf Club: Follow the instructions for each payment channel. (Days are needed for Worldline to approve.)
Step 3 - Onboarding
- Action GolfMore: Send onboarding email.
- Action Golf Club: Book training session with GolfMore.
Step 4 - Training & Onboarding
- Action GolfMore: GolfMore will conduct a virtual training meeting (normally 1 hour).
Step 5 - Delivery & Installation
- Action GolfMore: After approval of the payment contract(s), GolfMore will run the final test and ship the hardware.
- Action Golf Club: The golf club will install the equipment within 7 days of receipt. If needed, GolfMore is available for online guidance.
Step 6 - Live
Now your new system is up and running.
During the installation of the system, make sure to keep at least one bay open so that revenue interruptions are kept to a minimum.
GolfMore lets players enjoy more payment options than any other system.
Pay with credit card: Visa, Mastercard, local debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Mobile payments: MobilePay (DK), Swish (SE), and Vipps (NO).
Players can also pay with credits from the GolfMore app or by using a QR code, NFC cards, or a 5-digit PIN code.
Yes! We have full integration with the leading tee sheet and booking platforms, allowing us to respect member pricing tiers.
This enables you to issue "ball money," flexible memberships, or voucher codes that sync back to your CRM and other systems.
GolfMore’s devices ping a health server every minute; if a cabinet or router drops, our support team is alerted instantly.
Most issues are fixed remotely; for hardware faults, we ship swap-out parts next-day across the EU. Phone support is available from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week.
GolfMore ApS is the data controller; all processing follows the Danish Personal Data Act and GDPR.
Card data never touches GolfMore servers. Card payments are handled by Verifone according to the highest security standard.
Clubs can export, correct or delete player data directly in the admin panel.

In addition to our GolfMore Driving Range systems, you can also access our self-service kiosk, voucher management, and simulator management through the app.
Yes! You can set weekly and daily time slots when the Driving Range is closed for maintenance or group training.
You can also define periods with free vending for larger groups, happy hours, or company days.
